1. Orders & Payments

How can I place an order?

You can order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and completing checkout securely. We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and American Express.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, before shipping begins. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately at support@kidbruu.com if you need assistance.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices on kidbruu.com are displayed in USD (U.S. Dollars).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your credit card details on our servers.


2. Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

How long does delivery take?

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track anytime at https://kidbruu.com/apps/17TRACK.

What if my order is lost or delayed?

If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly. For packages delayed over 30 days, contact us at support@kidbruu.com and we’ll assist you right away.


3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I return an item?

Contact us at support@kidbruu.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong product was received.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


4. Warranty & Product Support

Do Kidbruu products come with a warranty?

Yes! All products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Learn more in our Warranty Policy.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Email support@kidbruu.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect. Our support team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

5. Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and view purchase history easily.
