Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a second email with tracking information when it ships.

Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Asia & Other Regions: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you can Track Your Order. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $50. Orders below this threshold or to other regions will see the exact fee displayed at checkout before payment.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. kidbruu is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks an order as “Delivered.” If a parcel is lost after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly.

For damaged items upon arrival, please contact our support team within 7 days at support@kidbruu.com with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly under our Return & Refund Policy.

Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or high-volume periods may extend shipping times. In such cases, we’ll notify you by email with updates.
