Warranty Coverage
- All kidbruu products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.
- If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms not listed on kidbruu.com.
- Loss or theft of items after carrier delivery confirmation.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Send an email to support@kidbruu.com with your order number and detailed description of the issue.
- Attach photos or videos showing the defect.
- Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps (repair, replacement, or refund).
Shipping for Warranty Service
In most cases, kidbruu covers the shipping costs for verified warranty claims within the United States. For international orders, shipping charges may apply and will be communicated in advance.
Liability & Limitations
This warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund for defective products only. kidbruu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
If a parcel is lost after carrier delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly.
