At kidbruu, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right — clearly, fairly, and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories or manuals.
- For hygiene reasons, certain baby-care products may be non-returnable once opened.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at support@kidbruu.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send a return authorization with instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items marked “Final Sale”.
- Used, washed, or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kidbruu.com. Include your order number and photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
kidbruu is not responsible for packages lost after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If a parcel is lost after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly.
